Class Times


Day Time Classes
Tuesday and Thursday
1:30pm until 3:00pm (all levels)

Saturday
9:30am to 11:00am (beginners going for grades 1 to 4)
11:00am to 12:30pm (intermediate going for grades 5 to 8)
12:30pm to 2:00pm (advanced going for grades 9 upwards)

Evening Classes - All Levels

Monday to Thursday
7:00pm until 7:30pm - Degree Training Course
7:30pm until 9:30pm



Training Programmes

Basic Class - Training once or twice a week

Degree Training Course - Training once or twice a week with extra training opportunities including a monthly DTC seminar and additional training before every evening class.

Leadership Course - Training three time a week with extra training opportunities including an Intensive Sparring session once a month. monthly DTC training seminar and additional training before every evening class.

Masters CourseTraining three time a week with extra training opportunities including an Intensive Sparring session once a month. monthly DTC training seminar and additional training before every evening class. PLUS a monthly Masters course seminar and 4 private lessons (per year) with Sifu Alan
