Fundraising Work for Demelza a Success

Kung Fu Schools would like to thank everyone that is taking part in our fund raising for Damelza Hospice Care for Chrildren. We have received the following letter from Demelza in thanks for all your efforts. You can even read about it on the BBC website, CLICK HERE

UPDATE: Currently we have raised £7,673.28

Dear Kung Fu Schools (Croydon)

On be half of all the children, families and staff at Demelza, I would like to thank you for your generous donation of £4711.28 received on the 25/3/08. Your support will go towards our new hospice, which is being constructed at wensley close in Eltham

Demelza cares for over 450 life-limited children and their families across Kent, south London and east Sussex providing:

Hospice at home care
Hospice care
Planned short breaks
Emergency respite
Therapies
Symptom control
End of life care
Bereavement support

Your support will make a vital difference to the children and families we care for. A mother said recently “To watch one of your children pass away bit by bit is really hard, but to have somewhere like Demelza makes that passing not so lonely”

We have moved, not far though!

Kung Fu schools are proud to announce that we have moved to two much larger units on the Capital Business Centre. From now on will be able to find us at Units 39 - 40 opposite the business park entrance.

Kung Fu Schools Welcomes Grandmaster Sergio Iadarola.

Grandmaster Sergio Iadarola will be working as a technical advisor to Kung Fu Schools and will be running regular seminars at our Crawley Head Office.
